At ANDY OnCall®, we will help you with everything from site selection and lease negotiation, to designing your office, to marketing campaigns, training, human resources, advertising, and anything else that could possibly come up. We’ve already built the car, all you have to do is take it for a drive!

Site Selection

site-selectionWe will tell you what size space you’ll need, the type of space, and we’ll help you select the perfect site. We know what types of sites are ideal, and we will help you find a location that fits your needs and your budget.

We have established a set of site selection and lease negotiation guidelines. These will help you locate and secure a reasonably priced office space that will help you to run a successful business.

Business Operations

business-operationsTo streamline your daily business operations, we’ll provide you with proprietary software, as well as indispensable operations, startup and customer service manuals.

These manuals are comprehensive, yet easy-to-use reference guides that cover, in detail, every aspect of opening and running an ANDY OnCall® franchise.

Training & Support

training-supportWe’ll train you on everything you need to know from customer acquisition, to invoicing, to obtaining quality independent contractors and everything in between.

You will train for up to ten days at our home office in Chattanooga, Tennessee, then we will come to your location for five days to help you get your business off the ground.

Equipment & Supplies

equipment-suppliesUnlike some other franchises, you will not be required to acquire a vehicle, nor will you need to obtain very many supplies.

While you will need an equipment and supply package to get up and running, the amount is minimal, and we will show you how to get the most bang for your buck.

New Customer Acquisition

equipment-suppliesDon’t know how to find customers? Don’t stress! We train all franchisees on how to go about acquiring their residential and commercial customers. Check out one of our series of marketing training video to the right.

We put a lot of energy and effort into developing marketing campaigns, which are strategically designed to help you launch your business, to give you a marketing presence in your territory, and to help you acquire new customers.
